As it starts to get warmer outside (at least in this part of the World) many people find themselves wanting to be outside more. During this time of the year many people get the motivation to begin a running program whether for added exercise, weight loss, or to train for a running event.
Running has many benefits. It adds cardiovascular strength. Running can help regulate blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Running or jogging also helps you to lose weight. Running isn’t necessarily for everyone because it is high impact on your joints, but it does have many benefits.

This actually helps to keep you fit because when you imagine yourself running, your body stimulates those muscles, that’s right. So even as you relax you can imagine yourself running and derive a certain measurable and predictable amount of benefit. So when you imagine yourself running, imagine yourself running perfectly, having the endurance you need, having the stamina, having the will-power, that’s right, having the focus, having the focus, that’s right.
