Achieve Yoga Energy for Breath and Meditation (Beginner)

…Yoga means to yoke, to bring into one, atonement oneness, reconciliation, whole being, one. Rather than being limited to the classroom you realize that yoga is a way of life. Pretend as if you can inhale from your lower back. Breathe in through your lower back, filling your belly with air. Let the air swirl into your lower abdomen, spiraling backwards the air exits your lower back. Your belly gently empties. Breathing through your lower back feeling your belly expand and contract, inhaling and exhaling through your lower back, feeling your lower abdomen breathe. If you choose to follow along with me on this breath work you will use this breath during class to sustain yourself, inhaling 2 3 4 5, exhale 2 3 4 5 and pause... inhaling 2 3 4 5 exhale 2 3 4 5 and pause.…
