…Relax your jaw. Allow your mouth to open slightly. Extend your neck leaving more room between your ears and shoulders. Place your left hand palm down on your chest. Place your right hand palm down on your lower abdomen. Slowly shut your eyes. Yoga means to yoke to bring into one, atonement, oneness, reconciliation, whole being, one. Rather than being limited to the classroom you realize that yoga is a way of life. Imagine in your mind's eye practicing this breath work. Bring your left hand to your face, ring finger and thumb applying to your nose. Closing your right nostril with your ring finger breathe into your left nostril for the count of 7... 2 3 4 5 6 7. Close the left nostril with your thumb. Release your ring finger from your right nostril.…
