…And you realize that day by day you are becoming a more relaxed person as you choose to let go of stress. And as you walk in that field, feel stress being left behind as if it is dropping off your body, that’s right. Feel the stress being left far behind as you continue to walk. And any time in your life that you feel stress, you realize you can take a walk in your mind and leave stress far behind in that relaxing field, on that beautiful day, that’s right. Because any time you feel stress in your life, you stop, take a deep breath in, you hold it and you exhale slowly and then you count to ten and as you do you feel yourself drifting in your mind to that field, that peaceful field where every step brings you closer and closer to total relaxation, yet you are at the same time able to focus on whatever it is you are doing.…
