…Now you see on that lake, a yacht. That is your yacht, fully equipped with all the tools you need to cross the lake smoothly. You are prepared for anything as you cross that lake. Whatever comes up, you are prepared to deal with it as you cross that lake on the way to your mansion. That mansion is your goal in negotiating. The yacht represents all the skills you have at your disposal. And the lake represents your calm mind. As you cross the lake slowly now, imagine yourself in a negotiating situation. And as you are in that situation you are very focused on the mansion at the other side of the lake. You are very focused on your goal, on your outcome. You are very focused on what you desire to achieve during that negotiation and as you continue in the negotiation, imagine your powerful, new, fully equipped yacht moving slowly across that lake, that’s right. It is unstoppable. It is calm. It leaves behind nothing. …
