Achieve Lucid Dreaming

…Day by day you realize that you are getting better and better at having an active role in your dreams. Before you open your eyes in the morning, while you are in that relaxed state between sleep and alert, think about the dreams you had the night before and realize that you are becoming more and more aware that you are dreaming. You remain so calm and patient with your dreams. You find yourself with the ability to be in full awareness of your dreams while you are dreaming. Perhaps at first it’s only for a few minutes. Your skills are improving every night. You are able to have longer lucid dreaming. Imagine that every time you listen to this recording, you are able to remain in your dream for a minute longer, that’s right. You are completely aware that you are dreaming and you allow yourself to enjoy your dreams. As you get better and better at lucid dreaming, it becomes easier and easier for you to control your dreams.…
