Many people ask me if hypnotherapy can help someone with ADD or ADHD. There has been a lot of attention on ADD and hypnotherapy in the research field. I have read many studies that show an improvement in children who participate in a hypnotherapy program.
One study in particular showed great results. Of the 19 patients involved in the study, 15 of them were taken off medication, and the other four reduced their dosage by a considerable amount. These results were achieved after an average of 23.2 sessions of hypnosis and neurotherapy, which took on average, 11.2 weeks. The average number of sessions it takes with neurotherapy alone is 80 sessions.
