Standing guard will allow you to invite helpful mind manifestations that support you, instead of sneaky and subtle nihilistic ones. This is the time to be picky about what you allow into your consciousness. It is always your choice. You choose your contentment with health, prosperity, love, confidence, sex-life, wealth, and joy.
Start watching your thoughts, now!
Every choice in life must start with you. Even if the situation seems to be in someone else’s control, it is still your choice on how you act on their decisions. Even in a situation where it appears you are physically or economically “trapped” and do not have a choice, you always make a choice mentally. No one can choose your thoughts for you, at least without you giving them permission to do so, which is yet again, your choice.
How does one know what their mental patterns are? One action is to watch your thoughts throughout the day and write down the ones which repeat themselves. Most of the time, they are very simple and subtle thoughts. We are not even aware that we are thinking them. Other times, the thoughts may be the same, but cloaked in a different expression. Another action is to write down all the intentions you desire. For example: I am prosperous and wealthy; I am love and loved; I am attractive and sexy; I am confident and courageous. Be conscious of what thoughts follow these intentions. Are these ideas supportive or do they drag your mind into a cyclical pattern of “I can’t be wealthy...”, “I’m not loved...” , “My sex-life won’t change...”, “I’m not able to...?” The goal is to catch the unsupportive trailers and reverse them back to your intention.
Once you’ve discovered the thoughts that serve you and have “red-flagged” the ones that don’t serve you, this begins the opportunity to choose self-love. Self-love means to love yourself enough to choose supportive thoughts, because the negative cyclical ideas only slow you down.
Your body is your consciousness. This means that your thoughts are you. Would you fill a car gas tank full of dirt and expect it to work? Of course not. The same philosophy applies to your consciousness. Fill your mind with supportive thoughts. Each part of your body is an element of your thoughts being manifested. I’m not saying that your environment, lifestyle, genetics, and other aspects of life don’t have influence on the body, but rather that your moment-to-moment choices of consciousness are expressed through your body. Do you desire healthy thoughts or do you choose unhealthy ideas to comprise who you are? It is your choice. Choose self-love.

Outside of Hinduism, yoga is thought to be a form of exercise and a practice of different poses. Gavin Flood (Director of the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies) defines yoga as "technologies or disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence."
Practicing yoga can have a major impact on many aspects of your life. Exercising different poses can help improve flexibility, movement of joints, and add muscle tone. Yoga also has a profound effect on your mood. Yoga helps to decrease anxiety, depression, and worrying and it helps to increase concentration, memory, and well-being. Adding yoga to your life can help build your immune system and yoga can add energy to your life.
I currently have eight recordings available in the Hypno-Yoga Collection. These hypno-yoga recordings are advanced in technology and great for anyone who is just starting to get into yoga or for people who have been practicing yoga for years. Brie Schwartz, a yoga instructor from Washington D.C., helped me with these eight yoga recordings. She used her expertise to come up with the script for the hypnotherapy recordings. Brie has a soothing and calm voice that enhances the recordings of the Hypno-Yoga Collection.
