The concept of Astral Projection is as old as the concept of living beings. All living beings possess an Astral body. This body is connected to the physical body through the umbilicus along what is known as the silver cord.
The Astral body exists in the fourth dimension and is not subject to the restraints or either time or space. Therefore, when you travel in your Astral body you can travel great distances in seconds or even instantly.
In fact, the moment you think about being somewhere in the Astral plains you are there. Many religions such as Eckinkar have documented the various astral plains and the structures which exist there.
It is important for the person initially learning Astral Projection to start slowly by moving an astral finger or an astral arm outside of the boundaries of the physical body and then moving on to larger tasks such as moving the torso or the entire body.
Once a body has mastered moving body parts outside of the confines of the physical body, one can easily progress onward to complete Astral Projection which would be having the entire astral body outside the physical body.
Once this is done astral travel becomes easy because, as I mentioned before, when you think about going somewhere in the astral plain you are immediately transported to that location.
It's important to keep in mind while learning to Astral Project that imagining back in your physical body will immediately return you to your physical body.
Therefore, for the person who is new to Astral Projection it is important to focus on a location other than your body.
A typical scenario for a beginner in Astral Projection would be to lie down on your back at night and imagine yourself being on your ceiling facing your physical body.
This of course would occur after you have already mastered moving a limb or your torso outside of your physical body. Once you are comfortable with the procedure for lifting your astral body outside of your physical body, you can then proceed to astral travel.

It is important to keep in mind that just like during any other kind of travel there are certain beings which are to be avoided. These beings are known as elementals. They are simple fourth dimensional beings with very little cognitive processing ability whose only apparent goal is to interfere with your fun in Astral Projecting. They are easily identified and avoided.
This recording gives you the ability to deal with them by initially imagining a protective light around your Astral body which will cause the elementals to bounce off and away if they should try to move into your immediate area. Other concerns are other astral travelers who may have bad intentions.
These people are to be avoided as well and can be readily identified since the astral body mimics the physical body in appearance. Once you have mastered the art of Astral Projection and learned who and what to avoid, you will be happy knowing that you can interact with people you chose to interact with.
Astral sex is a possibility. Sharing astral love meaning the deep emotional feelings of a connection to another are both very possible during Astral Projection. You may want to involve a partner in Astral Projection and meet that partner in the astral world, also known as the fourth dimension, where you can make love simply have sex, or travel together.
There is no limit to the amount of things you can do and see and experience in the astral realms. Having a partner to share these situations with is a wonderful experience. Many writers have documented their experiences in the astral world and, as mentioned previously, the religion of Eckinkar has documented numerous experiences as well as places for the astral traveler to reference.
When I myself Astral Project, I find that there are set structures in the astral world just as there are set structures in the physical world. The structures do not appear as structures as structures in the physical three dimensional worlds do. However, they are easily recognizable as structures.
They are somewhat difficult for me to describe since I have no basis of comparison for which you would be able to relate to in this dimension in this reality.
However, the nearest comparison I can think of is sandcastles. They strongly resemble sandcastles on the beach yet they are larger and far more intricate. It's also interesting to note, that when I astral project I can see things more clearly than I can with my physical eyes. Objects appear crystal clear to me when I Astral Project.
Also, I am very attuned to negative entities and can easily identify them when they approach. I can feel their presence and sense their evil intent. Therefore, I am easily able to avoid them. It is my feeling that you will develop this skill as well through experience after having mastered Astral Projection using this hypnosis recording.
