You will research and utilize strategies to assist you in reaching your goal. From this moment on, you will select, choose, and eat only the foods your body needs to keep you alive, healthy, and strong, while allowing you to reach and maintain a weight of 125 pounds, your stated goal. You allow this to take place easily and effortlessly.
You visualize a good balanced diet of healthy fruits and vegetables, grains and proteins and you imagine eating them. Be aware that water is essential to weight loss and good body functioning. And you will eat slowly, very…..slowly, to savor the flavors and allow hunger to diminish. You are always aware of the amount you are eating and you eat modest portions and then stop. You are totally satisfied. You have no desire to snack between meals. You will do this with ease. Your subconscious will help you with this.
You will plan and execute a “search and remove” mission to rid your surroundings of food and drink that are obstacles to achieving your goal. Your new goal is a healthy, slim, firm, flexible body filled to the brim with vibrant energy and wonderful plans. You will think, you will act, you will be confident and enthusiastic about your future.
You will find yourself joyously shopping for new, stylish outfits to fit your new body. You will do all this with ease, knowing in your heart and mind that you are now and forever master of your fate and truly in control of your life. Your life will be what YOU make it. You are unique.
