You are so completely relaxed.
And you imagine now a control panel in front of you.
And you notice that there are four buttons
One is labeled “left arm.”
One is labeled “right arm.”
One is labeled “left leg”
One is labeled “right leg.”
And you may switch each button on or off
When a button is on, it is green.
When a button is off it is red.
When a button is on, you may feel the sensations from the corresponding part of your body.
When a button is off, you feel absolutely no sensations whatsoever from the corresponding part of your body.
Experiment now with the control panel.
Switch off the left leg button
That’s right.
Notice that you have no sensations on your left leg.
Now switch on the left leg button
Notice that the sensations have returned to your left leg.
Switch off the right arm button.
Notice that the sensations have left your right arm
Switch on the right arm button.
As the green light comes back on, you will notice that you again have sensations in your right arm.
You may use this control panel anytime you choose.
It works all the time.
